Neither SoBeach Walking Tours nor the guides that provide tours for SoBeach Walking Tours will be responsible for any physical injury, damage or loss of personal items during tours. Just be cautious and follow the guides’ instructions. The guides reserve the right to deny participation to any person, for any reason, on any of the tours.

How long are the tours?

The tours last approximately 1.5hs-2hs.


What time do I have to arrive for the tour?

​Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the departure time of the tour. This way, we can organize the group and start the tour on time.


What places in the city are visited during the tours?

We tour South Beach’s Art Deco District visiting several iconic buildings and historic architecture on famous Ocean Drive and adjacent streets. The total walking distance is approximately 0.8 miles. For more information, you can find the itinerary for the tours on our “Tours” page.


Do I have to book in advance for the tours?

Yes, you need to book online and reserve your spot to help us plan the tour.


Are there tours on rainy days?

Yes, the tours operate rain or shine unless your safety is compromised due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances in which case we will notify you of the cancellation via the email address and/or phone number provided during the reservation.


Is there a maximum or minimum number of people allowed on the tours?

We do not have a minimum number of people needed for the tours. As for the maximum, we try to restrict the size of the group to 15 so that each person can enjoy a more personalized experience. If you plan to tour with a group of more than 10 people, you will need to book a private tour by sending us an email to


What languages will be spoken on the tours?

All our tours are given in English.


Can children join the tours?

Yes, children 6 years old or younger accompanied by the father, mother or legal guardian can join the tours for free. It is necessary to book online also for them.


Can I join the tours once they have started?

For organizational reasons, it is not possible to join any of the tours halfway or once they have started. It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the start of the tour.


Is it possible to do the tours on a wheelchair?

Yes, all our tours are wheelchair accessible.


Do the tours include the price of tickets to the places of interest?

No, none of our tours includes visits to any site that requires paid entrance.

How can I book a private tour?

How far in advance can I book a tour?

You can book a tour anytime and up to 13 hours before the the tour start time in the local time zone. If you are unable to book a tour online or don’t see availability, please contact us for more information or to see if we can accommodate you and your group via text, WhatsApp or Telegram at +1 312 731 5577 or via email at


How can I change or cancel my reservation?

If you need to reschedule your tour, please send us an email with a 24-hour notice to with your full name, reference number and the new date you want to take the tour.

​If you need to cancel a reservation, let us know at least 24 hours in advance of the tour start time in the local time zone by sending us an email with your full name and reference number to or a message via text, WhatsApp or Telegram at +1 312 731 5577. We will cancel your reservation and send a full refund to the original form of payment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour, the tour price is non-refundable. Same applies for no-show.
